Job responsibility 【岗位职责】
1. Provide food for guests and staff with high efficiency, high quality and low price, and follow standard recipes and meet hygiene requirements.为客人和员工提供的食物做到高效率,物美价廉和要按照标准食谱制作并且符合卫生要求。
2. Participate in the development of menus. 参与菜单的制作发展。
3. Supports sOUS chef in kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery.在厨房运作方面支持副厨师长工作,保证提供高效率的服务。
4. Assist sous chef to manage the normal operation of the kitchen. Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.协助副厨师长管理厨房工作正常运作。保证食品准备和外观的高标准。
5. Participate in all kitchen food preparation.参与所有厨房的食品准备工作。
6. Assist with buffet decorations and decorations.协助自助餐的装饰和装饰品。
7. Develop recipe cards and products.发展食谱卡和产品。
8. Supervise the normal operation of the kitchen.监督厨房的正常运作。
Job requirements 【岗位要求】
More than 1 year of relevant work experience.1年以上相关工作经验。Assist the West Kitchen in all aspects of work according to the hotel's rules, regulations, and requirements.根据酒店的规章制度及要求,协助西厨房各方面的工作。Prepare the necessary ingredients for the chef. Ensure the freshness and hygiene of the ingredients.为厨师配好所需的食材。保证食材的新鲜、卫生等。Responsible for the cleanliness and normal use of the workbench.负责工作台的卫生清理,正常使用。Obey management, strong execution ability, and have a spirit of teamwork.服从管理,执行能力强,有团队协作的精神。
