Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1. Monitor the daily operations of reservations, Supervises the Reservations Agents in their daily duties.
监管预订部日常运作,监督预订员的日常工作。
2. Manages rooms inventory to achieve optimum results in Occupancy, Average rate and Revenue, reviewing daily reservations accuracy, rates compliance from segment and source, system close-out when necessary and GDS rates sale-ability.
管理客房量以达到高入住率、平均房价和收入,检查不同市场和渠道预订价格的准确性,必要时调整全球中央预订系统可售房价。
3. Ensure accuracy of guest history and client profiles in Data Base.
确保客人预订信息和历史记录准确输入系统。
4. Leads a motivated and aggressive team skillful at up-selling and/or conversion as required by the business demand. Participates in talent recruitment, organizes on-the-job and monthly training for all talent, supervises and managers performance in order to ensure clients’ satisfaction and adherence to Accorhotels service standards.
领导一个积极进取的预订销售团队,能够根据业务需求进行房间销售升或者进行相应的转换,参与人才招聘并组织每个月所有预订人才的在职培训,监督和管理工作务必确保达到客人高满意度和雅高酒店集团的标准。
5. Manage group blocks to ensure accuracy of business on the books.
管理团队预订,确保预留正确的团队信息。
6. Tracks and prepares the necessary reports required for monthly submission preparing the annual and monthly sales action plans.
跟踪和准备必要的报告并每月提交给管理办公室,协助市场销售总监准备年度和月度的销售计划。
7. To spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.
检查前一天的预订情况和所有的重要客户的预订信息。
8. Training, developing, and motivating reservation talent to increase productivity.
培训发展和激励预订部人才以提高生产率。
9. To monitor reservation pick-up for the coming month and share information with S & M talent.
监测下一个月预订情况和与市场销售部分享信息。
10. Give a pre-post training for new talent, and have the obligation to help them to do their job skill fully.
给新入职人才做岗前培训,并有义务起到帮带作用,使之尽熟悉本职工作。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1. Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
具有酒店管理,商业管理或相关领域的毕业证书或职业证书。
2. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
具有完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,人才和第三方交往的能力。
3. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力。
4. Have a whole knowledge and master the facility, service project character, hotel operation guideline and sales strategy.
全面了解并掌握酒店的设施设备、各种服务项目、产品特点、酒店经营方针及销售策略等。
5. Mastering statistics and secretary knowledge.
掌握一定统计、文秘等知识。
6. Possess the foreign language reading and writing skill, have ability to deal with every kind of documents and data.
有一定英语阅读及书写能力,能够处理中英文各类文件、资料等。
7. Know well about the Reservations Dept. business activities.
熟悉预订部业务。
8. Possess the ability about the public and social communication.
具备一定的公共社交能力。
