Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1.Under the coordination and management of the Sales Director and Senior Sales Manager, all sales activities are completed under the guidance of the Business Development Director, and all sales managers and representatives are assisted in completing all sales activities and fully seizing business opportunities within their respective areas of responsibility.
在销售总监,高级销售经理协调管理下,在业务发展总监的指导下完成所有销售活动,并协助所有销售经理及代表在他/她负责的区域内完成所有销售活动以及充分地把握商业机遇。
2.Ensure the follow-up of departmental documents is consistent with the system.
确保部门文件的跟进和系统一致。
3.Ensure that all contracts sent are replied to within 24 hours and properly placed in the folder.
保证所有发出的合同在24小时内回复,并且适当地放在文件夹里。
4.Handle and coordinate the activities of sales department employees and the relationship between other departments and the sales department.
处理协调销售部员工的活动及其他部门和销售部的关系。
5.Develop and issue quotations or contracts to travel agencies or customers for sales managers.
为销售经理制定并发出报价或合同给旅行社或客户。
6.Update and maintain mailing lists.
更新和维持邮寄名单。
7.Process physical mail received directly.
处理直接收到的实物邮件。
8.Actively fulfill the tasks and duties assigned by the Sales Director.
积极履行销售总监分配工作和任务。
9.Communicate relevant information about sales to all sales personnel.
向所有销售人员传达有关于销售的相关信息。
10.Improve response to effective customer needs.
提高对客人有效需求的反应。
11.Follow up on the processing of relevant documents.
跟进相关文件的处理。
12.Notify guests in writing, via fax or phone of the latest hotel prices and promotional activities.
用书面形式,传真或者电话告诉客人最近酒店的价格及优惠推广活动。
13.Assist the sales manager and representative in managing all individual, team, and contracted customer visits to the hotel.
协助销售经理及代表负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店。
14.Notify guests promptly of any changes in hotel information.
及时地通知客人有关酒店信息的变动。
15.Maintain a normal archiving system.
维护正常的存档系统。
16.Assist sales personnel in achieving their respective work arrangements.
协助销售人员实现各自的工作安排。
17.Comply with the systems and procedures established by the Business Development Director and Sales Director.
遵守业务发展总监,销售总监制定的系统和程序。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1. Have a good professional image and temperament;有良好的职业形象和气质;
2. Fluent Mandarin, strong language expression ability, good at communication, affinity and strong sense of confidentiality;普通话标准流利,语言表达能力强,善于沟通,有亲和力,较强的保密意识;
3. Familiar with administrative and office management related workflow, good communication, coordination and organization skills;熟悉行政、办公室管理相关工作流程,良好的沟通、协调和组织能力;
4. Familiar with office automation equipment and office software;熟练使用办公自动化设备及办公软件;
5. Good teamwork ability, high sense of responsibility, proactive.良好的团队合作能力,具有高度的责任心,工作积极主动。
