Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1. Responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies for hotel rooms, catering, and other products;
负责酒店客房、餐饮及其他产品的收益管理制定并执行定价策略;
2. Monitor market trends, competitor prices, and booking status to promptly adjust sales strategies;
监控市场动态、竞争对手价格及预订情况及时调整销售策略;
3. Analyze booking data and market trends to optimize room availability management and improve occupancy rates and average room rates;
分析预订数据及市场趋势,优化房态管理提高入住率和平均房价;
4. Coordinate collaboration with departments such as Sales, Front Office, and Marketing to ensure the effective implementation of revenue management strategies;
协调与销售、前厅、市场等部门的合作,确保收益管理策略的有效实施;
5. Generate regular revenue analysis reports to provide data support and decision-making recommendations for management;
定期生成收益分析报告,为管理层提供数据支持及决策建议;
6. Manage booking channels to ensure accurate and consistent pricing and room availability across all distribution platforms;
管理预订渠道,确保各分销平台的价格及房态信息准确、一致;
7. Handle group and individual booking requests, providing professional booking support and services.
处理团队及散客的预订需求,提供专业的预订支持与服务。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1. Familiar with hotel revenue management and booking related work experience, with data analysis skills;
熟悉酒店收益管理及预订相关工作经验,具备数据分析能力;
2. Sensitive to the market, able to quickly respond and adjust strategies to adapt to market changes;
对市场敏感,能够快速反应并调整策略以适应市场变化;
3. Having good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with various departments;
具备良好的沟通协调能力,能与各部门高效合作;
4. Clear logic, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand certain work pressure;
逻辑清晰,责任心强,能承受一定的工作压力;
5. Passionate about the hotel industry and willing to pursue long-term development.
