Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1、Responsible for hotel food and beverage cost reporting, controlling food and beverage operating costs.
负责酒店食品、饮品成本报告,控制食品、饮品营业成本控制。
2、Check the procurement and supply channels, receiving procedures, and raw material quality of food raw materials, and grasp the price information of raw materials in the marke.
检查食品原材料采购供货渠道、收货程序以及原材料质量,掌握市场上原材料价格信息。
3、Supervise the preparation of meal cards to provide a basis for setting sales prices. Prepare a ten day report on catering sales analysis, adjust catering prices, and provide timely information.
督促编制配餐卡,为制定销售价格提供依据。编制餐饮销售分析旬报,调整餐饮价,及时提供信息。
4、Communicate with various kitchens, restaurants, and bars to provide cost information and reduce costs.
与各厨房餐厅酒吧沟通,提供成本信息,降低成本。
5、Regularly conduct market price surveys and analyses with the procurement and catering departments to more effectively control purchase prices.
定期与采购部、餐饮部共同对市场价格进行调查、分析,更有效地控制进价。
6、Responsible for preparing monthly dietary cost reports.
负责编制每月饮食成本报告。
7、Strictly follow the relevant procedures and standards for the purchase, acceptance, warehousing, and outbound of various items, food, and beverages.
严格各种物品、食品、饮品的购入、验收、入库出库等有关手续和标准。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1、Having at least one year of financial professional education or accounting qualification; Have over 1 year of work experience in this position and over 2 years of experience in cost accounting.
具有1年以上财务专业学历或会计师资格;具有本岗1年以上工作经验,在成本核算岗位工作2年以上。
2、Strong management, communication, coordination skills, and team collaboration awareness.
具有较强的管理、沟通、协调能力和团队协作意识。
3、Integrity and honesty in character, possessing good professional ethics and qualities, and strong sense of responsibility.
人品正直诚实,具备良好的职业道德和素质,责任心强。
4、Be able to conduct targeted analysis on cost accounting indicators and provide reasonable suggestions.
能对成本核算指标进行针对分析并合理提供合理的建议。
5、Proficient in financial accounting processes and able to proficiently use financial and office software.
通晓财务核算流程,能熟练运用财务软件及办公软件。
6、According to the operational needs of the hotel, conduct effective and scientific cost estimation.
根据酒店经营需要,有效进行科学的成本测算。
7、Has a certain sensitivity to financial indicators.
对财务各项指标具有一定的敏感力。
