Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1.To ensure that the hotel’s computer system both hardware and software is fully accounted for, properly maintained and reliable.

2.To ensure procedures are in place that in the event of any problems encountered in software and hardware, that they are addressed immediately.
确保程序到位,在营运中遇到任何问题都能立即处理。
3.Develop and maintain Hotel software properly management system, smoothly to ensure a smooth computer system functioning without interruption to the hotel daily computer operation.
维护并提高酒店的软件管理系统,确保每日的电脑系统在没有任何干扰情况下顺畅工作。
4.Maintain all hardware on an on-going basis. Maintain and test all current and future cabling.
在酒店电脑系统正常运行下,对硬件设备进行维护;维护与测试当前与将运用的网络系统。
5.Ensure all in-house guests’ Internet requests are solved promptly.
解决客人在酒店内上网时出现的问题。
6.Follow all hotel EDP operating procedures. Ensure all procedures are adhered to.
严格遵守电脑房的操作程序。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1.Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role is required.
三年以上同岗位工作经验,有国际品牌同岗位工作经验优先考虑。
2.Outstanding communication and team management skills, with the abilityto collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
优秀的沟通能力和团队管理能力,能够与内外部利益相关者有效合作
