Primary Responsibilities【主要职责】
1、Provide cleaning services for the public areas in accordance with the hotel's standards for cleanliness and appearance.依照酒店对清洁和外观的标准为公共区域提供保洁服务。
2、Be familiar with all the public areas of the hotel.熟悉酒店所有公共区域。
3、Make sure to complete the daily cleaning tasks in a timely manner.确保及时完成日常保洁工作。
4、Effectively handle emergency incidents.有效地处理应急事件。
5、Manage the matters related to the use of chemical cleaning products, address the identified problems and make corresponding rectifications.管理关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜,处理发现的问题并做出相应的整改。
6、Use cleaning equipment safely and correctly.安全正确地使用保洁设备。
7、Maintain an appropriate inventory level of cleaning supplies.合理保持保洁用品的存货量。
8、Carry out work in accordance with business requirements.按照业务要求开展工作。
Job requirements 【岗位要求】
1、Good presentation and influencing skills.良好的表达和影响力。
2、Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of talents.良好的人际交往能力。
3、Experience in for 5 years will be preferred have Housekeeping PA management working experience.具有公共区域3年以上工作经验。
