3、制定销售计划并确保所有团队成员按照计划执行对所负责的地区或行业的客户进行维护及开
发,通过电话销售,当面拜访等形式了解客户需求并最终达成销售
4、与会展公司,航空公司,旅行社和希尔顿区域销售办公室建立良好的联系
5、与宴会销售部,市场传讯部和收益管理部共同调整团队定房,完成酒店内部生产力
6、确保销售团队可以高效地制作完成报价,合同发送给客户并及时跟进,邀约客户进行酒店参观
7、了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息,包括主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务相关促
销信息等,并及时反馈信息给商务发展总监
8、组织定期的会议,确保销售团队与酒店运作团队有效的沟通,并协助宴会销售部或运营部跟进

9、定期给员工进行培训,确保团队熟悉酒店产品及流程,可以高效的发掘客户需求并为之提供专
业的定制服务
10、定期分析客户产量及客源市场结构,预判市场发展趋势并提前设计产品及渠道以便抓住商机
1. Responsible for the promotion and sales of all products of the hotel,including but not
limited to banquets, rooms, catering, etc
2. Lead the team to achieve sales targets and related tasks set by thehotel
3. Develop sales plans and ensure that all team members maintain anddevelop
customers in the region or industry they are responsible for accordingto the plan,
understanding customer needs through telephone sales, face-to-facevisits and other
forms, achieving sales
4. Build relationships with convention companies, conference servicecompanies, travel
agents and Hilton regional sales office
5. Work with Sales, Marketing Communications and Revenue Management toadjust
team bookings to achieve maximum productivity within the hotel
6. Ensure that the Sales team effectively complete quotations, sendcontracts to
customers and follow-up promptly, inviting customers to visit thehotel
7. Understand and be familiar with all product information of competitors,including key
customers and their output, hotel rooms, catering, conferencepromotion information,
and feedback promptly to the Director of Commercial
8. Organize regular meetings to ensure effective communication between the Salesteam
and the hotel Operations team, assisting the Banquet Sales department orOperations department in following-up on events during the banquet or meeting
9. Provide regular training to employees to ensure that the team isfamiliar with hotel
products and processes, able to efficiently explorecustomer needs and provide
professional customized services
10. Regularly analyse customer output and source market structure,anticipate market
trends and design products and channels in advance to seizebusiness opportunities
