Directs, supervises and coordinates the activities inTelecommunication department管理,监督和协调总机房部门的运作Develops and implement procedures for proper handlingin and out going telephone calls, facsimile transmission, rental equipment,lease telephone lines and other telecommunication services执行和处理所有进出的电话,传真,相关设备的程序和其他相关服务Investigates complaints regarding theTelecommunication services and the Operators and technicians, takes appropriateactions调查所有关于对电话服务,接线员和技术人员的投诉并采取行动Develops working plans to carry out goals, comparesactual achievements against goal periodically, take necessary correctiveactions推动工作计划,分享目标,把实际的成绩和目标作比较并作出相应的措施Establishes and maintains effective employee relations建立维护和员工的良好关系Organizes and conducts regular meeting for allTelecommunication staff to facilitate communication and a smooth operation 为电话接线员组织会议,促进交流,建立一个和谐的运作环境Manages and monitors the operation of all equipment’s,software, hardware and endure all units are working and installed properly检查和监督所有营运设备和各种软件、硬件设施,保证所有的工作设备正常运作Ensures all telecommunication equipment’s are coveredby the correct maintenance contract and the preventive maintenance is performed确保所有的电话设备有预防性维护和与合约商建立维护计划Maintains up to date list of all telecommunicationequipment保留所有电话设备的最新清单Monitors the performance of PABX/Voice Mail/CallAccounting software and maintain logbook of equipment performance report监督所有程控交换机,语音留言,计费系统的正常运作,并在交接本上记录所有设备的运作情况Investigates and reports software problem to Vendors,coordinates interface problem solving with the hotel System Manager调查和报告所有的异常情况给相应的供应商和酒店的电脑房经理Maintains suitable record to process telephone calls inthe billing system, and to maintain record of the room status up to the Brandminimum standards确保电话费用转入帐户的记录,根据酒店的最低要求保留房间状态的记录Maintains user documentation, PABX system reports,telephone list, and numbering plan leases agreement on rental lines, maintenancecontract and local licenses保留相关的报表,电话程控交换机系统报告,电话清单,维修记录和相关执照Performs PABX data-base programming and regularservice change to control class of service on all telephone sets in the hotel完成所有数据规划和服务以达到最好的电话服务Prepares and controls departmental budgeted准备和控制部门的预算To attend Telecommunication seminar, productknowledge, presentation, organized by the external bodies 参加由外部群体组织的电子通讯班,了解产品知识,表现形式Performs related duties and special projects asassigned完成相关的项目并按设计完成相关的工程Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activitiesand operational requirements are known 举行班次例会确保员工知晓酒店的推广和运作需要Prepares efficient work schedule for Telephone staff,arranging holidays, vacation, taking occupancy and forecasts and any largegroup movements into consideration准备员工的有效工作安排计划,合理安排假期,预测未来生意从而作出相应的行动计划,特别是一些大型的团队Performs other tasks as assigned按要求完成其他的任务
