宴会领班Banquet Team Leader

1.The ability to organize and orchestrate any last minute changes or details to functions.
有能力安排、处理任何临时有变动的宴会、会议。
2.The ability to assist in hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, directing and supervising the work of employees in the Banquet Department.Conduct and maintain all training programs on a continual to insure a high degree of professionalism within the staff.
能够协助经理聘用, 训练, 激励, 磨练, 指挥和监督员工。持续性的开展和维持所有培训项目以此确保员工的专业水平。
3.1 year minimum banquet experience and or food and　beverage management experience.
至少有1年的宴会经验或者餐饮部的管理、监督经验。
4.Possesses an eye for attention to detail.
能够关注每一个细节。
5.Excellent interpersonal skills.
具有良好的人际交往能力。
