3.Responsible for rendering secretarial and clericalservices for the General Manager as required. To prepare respective schedules and reports thatwill be internally distributed or submitted to IHG laid down by theGeneral Manager.

4.To take down and transcribe the minutes of meetingssuch as Executive Morning Briefing and dictation from General Manager, etc.

5.To keep herself acquainted with the GeneralManager’s activities in order to assist in discerning priorities.

8.College degree or above.
本科以上学历。
9.2 years or above Secretary experience. in the areaof recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotels.
两年以上四星或五星级国际品牌酒店文秘工作的经验。
10.Fluent oral and written English.With capability of communication and coordination.
有良好的英语能力。有较强的沟通协调和管理能力
