1.全面负贡酒店统筹接待部的日常运宫管理工作,确保宾客整体入住流程高效顺畅;
2.监督并指导统筹接待大使的服务标准,提升宾客满意度,及时处理宾客投诉及突发事件;
3.制定并优化接待服务流程及标准,定期组织员工培训,提高团队专业水平;
4.协调与其他部门(如客房部、厨房等)的沟通协作,确保酒店整体服务品质;
5.分析宾客反馈及运营数据,提出改进建议并推动落实;
6.协助完成酒店接待VIP宾客及大型活动的服务工作;
7.完成上级其他合理分配的职责和任务;
1. Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's reception department to ensure an efficient and seamless guest check-in and overall stay experience.
2. Supervise and guide the service standards of reception ambassadors to enhance guest satisfaction, and promptly handle guest complaints and emergencies.
3. Develop and optimize reception service procedures and standards, organize regular staff training to improve the team's professionalism.
4. Coordinate communication and collaboration with other departments (such as Housekeeping, Kitchen, etc.) to ensure the overall service quality of the hotel.
5. Analyze guest feedback and operational data, propose improvement suggestions, and drive their implementation.
6. Assist in serving VIP guests and large-scale events at the hotel.
7. Complete other reasonably assigned duties and tasks by superiors.
