1. Responsible for the daily operations of the hotel pastry kitchen, including the production and presentation of various Western-style pastries, breads, and desserts
2. Develop new pastry items according to hotel standards, regularly update menus, and control costs
3. Strictly manage ingredient inspection, storage, and usage standards to ensure food safety and quality
4. Maintain equipment in the pastry production area and keep the workspace compliant with 5S management standards
5. Assist the Banquets Department in fulfilling customized pastry requirements for large events and VIP guests
6.Embrace the corporate culture and follow instructions from superiors
