1.开餐前做好全面的卫生工作，认真做好自己所负责区域的卫生工作，保证提供优雅干净的卫生环境.
2.服从工作安排，按照工作程序与标准做好各项开餐准备工作.
3.准时参加班前会.
4.爱护设备物品，做好保养维护工作.
5.保证开餐结束后的整洁卫生，达到下一次的开餐要求.
6.积极参加酒店及部门举办的各种培训，不断提高自身服务技能和技巧以及综合素质.
7.自学遵守酒店及部门规定的各项制度.
8.完成上级其他合理分配的职责和任务.
1. Conduct comprehensive cleaning before meal service, ensuring the assigned area is thoroughly sanitized to provide an elegant and hygienic environment.
2. Follow work assignments and complete all pre-service preparations according to established procedures and standards.
3. Attend pre-shift meetings punctually.
4. Care for equipment and utensils, performing necessary maintenance and upkeep.
5. Ensure the area is clean and tidy after service, meeting standards for the next shift.
6. Actively participate in training sessions organized by the hotel or department to continuously improve service skills and overall competency.
7. Strictly adhere to all policies and regulations set by the hotel and department.
8.Embrace the corporate culture and follow instructions from superiors.
