【岗位职责】  
1、全面负责客房部的日常运营管理工作,制定并执行部门工作计划及预算,确保部门高效运转;  
2、监督客房清洁、布草管理、设备维护等工作,确保客房服务质量符合酒店标准;  
3、负责客房部员工的招聘、培训、考核及团队建设,提升员工专业素质与服务意识;  
4、定期检查客房及公共区域的卫生、安全状况,及时处理突发问题,确保宾客满意度;  
5、协调与其他部门(如前厅部、工程部等)的沟通与合作,优化工作流程;  
6、控制部门成本,合理调配物资与人力,提高资源利用率;  
7、处理宾客投诉及特殊需求,提供个性化服务解决方案。  
1. Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the housekeeping department, developing and implementing departmental work plans and budgets to ensure efficient operations;
2. Supervise room cleaning, linen management, equipment maintenance, and other tasks to ensure that room service quality meets hotel standards;
3. Responsible for recruiting, training, evaluating, and team-building of housekeeping staff to improve employees' professional skills and service awareness;
4. Regularly inspect the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms and public areas, promptly handle emergencies, and ensure guest satisfaction;
5. Coordinate communication and cooperation with other departments (such as Front Office, Engineering, etc.) to optimize workflow;
6. Control departmental costs, allocate materials and manpower reasonably, and improve resource utilization;7. Handle guest complaints and special requests, providing personalized service solutions.
【岗位要求】  
1、3年以上酒店客房管理经验,熟悉客房部运营流程及标准,有华住、雅高酒店工作经验者优先;  
2、具备较强的团队管理能力,能够有效调动员工积极性,提升团队凝聚力;  
3、注重细节,对卫生、服务品质有高标准要求,具备良好的问题解决能力;  
4、具备成本控制意识,能够合理规划资源,优化工作流程;  
5、良好的沟通协调能力,能够妥善处理客人投诉及部门间协作问题;  
6、身体健康,能适应弹性工作时间,具备较强的抗压能力。
1. Over 3 years of hotel room management experience, familiar with the operations and standards of the housekeeping department, experience in Huazhu or Accor hotels preferred;
2. Strong team management skills, able to effectively motivate employees and enhance team cohesion;
3. Detail-oriented, with high standards for cleanliness and service quality, and good problem-solving abilities;
4. Cost-conscious, able to plan resources reasonably and optimize work processes;
5. Good communication and coordination skills, able to properly handle guest complaints and interdepartmental collaboration issues;
6. Healthy, able to adapt to flexible working hours, and possess strong stress tolerance.
