【岗位职责】
1、全面负责人力资源部门的日常管理工作,包括招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等模块;
2、根据酒店业务需求,制定并执行招聘计划,确保各部门人员配置合理;
3、负责员工入职、转正、调岗、离职等手续的办理及档案管理;
4、组织员工培训,提升员工专业技能和服务意识;
5、完善绩效考核体系,监督执行并反馈结果,协助部门优化人员管理;
6、处理员工关系,协调解决劳动纠纷,维护良好的工作氛围;
7、确保酒店人力资源政策符合国家法律法规及集团要求;
8、定期分析人力资源数据,为管理层提供决策支持。
1. Overall responsible for the daily management of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, and other modules;
2. Develop and implement recruitment plans according to hotel business needs, ensuring reasonable staffing across all departments;
3. Handle procedures and record management for employee onboarding, probation, transfers, and resignations;
4. Organize employee training to enhance professional skills and service awareness;
5. Improve the performance evaluation system, supervise its implementation, provide feedback on results, and assist departments in optimizing personnel management;
6. Manage employee relations, mediate labor disputes, and maintain a positive working environment;
7. Ensure that hotel human resources policies comply with national laws, regulations, and group requirements;
8. Regularly analyze human resources data to provide decision-making support for management.
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉人力资源管理各模块工作流程,具备华住酒店行业经验者优先;
2、具备较强的沟通协调能力,能够高效处理员工关系问题;
3、具备一定的数据分析能力,能通过数据优化人力资源管理策略;
4、工作细致认真,责任心强,能适应快节奏的工作环境;
5、熟练使用办公软件及人力资源管理相关系统;
6、具备良好的抗压能力及团队合作精神。
1. Familiar with the workflow of various human resources management modules, with preference given to those with experience in the Huazhu hotel industry;
2. Possess strong communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently handling employee relations issues;
3. Have a certain level of data analysis ability, able to optimize human resources management strategies through data;
4. Detail-oriented and conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
5. Proficient in using office software and human resources management related systems;6. Possess good stress resistance and teamwork spirit.
