【岗位职责】  
1、全面负责西厨房的日常运营管理工作,包括菜品研发、菜单设计、成本控制及厨房团队管理;  
2、监督并确保西餐菜品的出品质量、口味及摆盘符合酒店标准及客人需求;  
3、制定并执行厨房操作流程、卫生标准及食品安全规范,确保符合相关法律法规;  
4、负责厨房原材料的采购计划、库存管理及成本核算,优化食材使用效率;  
5、定期培训厨房员工,提升团队专业技能及服务意识,确保高效协作;  
6、协调与其他部门(如前厅、采购等)的沟通,确保运营顺畅;  
7、处理厨房突发问题,如设备故障、人员调配等,保障厨房正常运转。  
1. Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the Western kitchen, including dish development, menu design, cost control, and kitchen team management;
2. Supervise and ensure that Western dishes meet hotel standards and guest requirements in terms of quality, taste, and presentation;
3. Develop and implement kitchen operating procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
4. Responsible for planning kitchen raw material procurement, inventory management, and cost accounting, optimizing the efficiency of ingredient usage;
5. Regularly train kitchen staff to enhance professional skills and service awareness, ensuring efficient teamwork;
6. Coordinate communication with other departments (such as front office, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth operations;
7. Handle kitchen emergencies, such as equipment malfunctions and personnel allocation, to ensure normal kitchen operations.

5、工作细致严谨,责任心强,能够承受高强度工作压力;  
6、具备食品安全及卫生管理知识,持有相关证书者优先;  
7、良好的沟通协调能力,能够与其他部门高效配合。

2. Have strong dish innovation abilities, able to adjust the menu according to market demand;
3. Familiar with kitchen cost control, ingredient procurement, and inventory management processes;
4. Have good team management skills, able to effectively motivate employees;
5. Detail-oriented and rigorous, highly responsible, capable of withstanding high-intensity work pressure;
6. Possess knowledge of food safety and hygiene management, candidates with relevant certificates are preferred;
7. Good communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently cooperate with other departments.
