【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店人力资源全模块工作,包括但不限于招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等日常事务管理
2、根据酒店业务需求制定招聘计划,开拓并维护招聘渠道,高效完成各岗位人员配置
3、组织实施新员工入职培训及在岗员工技能提升培训,建立完善的培训体系
4、定期进行薪酬数据分析,协助优化薪酬福利体系,提升员工满意度
5、处理员工入职、转正、调动、离职等手续办理及档案管理工作
6、协调处理员工关系,营造良好的企业文化氛围
1. Responsible for managing all modules of hotel human resources, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee relations.
2. Develop recruitment plans according to hotel business needs, expand and maintain recruitment channels, and efficiently complete staffing for various positions.
3. Organize and implement onboarding training for new employees and skills enhancement training for existing staff, establishing a comprehensive training system.
4. Regularly conduct salary data analysis, assist in optimizing the compensation and benefits system, and improve employee satisfaction.
5. Handle procedures and record management for employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and resignation.
6. Coordinate and address employee relations to foster a positive corporate culture.

5、熟练使用Office办公软件及常用人事管理系统
1. Familiar with the workflow of all modules in human resource management; candidates with HR experience in the hotel industry are preferred.
2. Possess strong recruitment skills and be proficient in using various recruitment channels and interview techniques.
3. Have good communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of service, and the ability to properly handle employee relations.
4. Work meticulously and conscientiously, with a strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and the ability to work under pressure.
5. Proficient in using Office software and common HR management systems.
