【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房、会议、餐饮等产品的销售工作,完成公司下达的销售指标;
2、开发新客户资源,维护现有客户关系,定期拜访重点客户,建立长期稳定的合作关系;
3、收集市场信息,分析竞争对手动态,制定有效的销售策略;
4、参与酒店营销活动的策划与执行,提升酒店品牌影响力;
5、协助处理客户投诉及突发事件,确保客户满意度;
6、定期提交销售报告及市场分析,为管理层提供决策依据;
7、配合财务部门完成应收账款管理,确保销售回款及时。
1. Responsible for the sales of hotel rooms, meetings, catering, and other products, achieving the sales targets assigned by the company;
2. Develop new client resources, maintain existing client relationships, regularly visit key clients, and establish long-term stable cooperation;
3. Collect market information, analyze competitors' activities, and formulate effective sales strategies;
4. Participate in the planning and execution of hotel marketing activities to enhance the hotel's brand influence;
5. Assist in handling customer complaints and emergencies to ensure customer satisfaction;
6. Submit regular sales reports and market analysis to provide decision-making support for management;
7. Cooperate with the finance department to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely sales collections.

4、抗压能力强,适应快节奏工作环境;
5、熟练使用Office办公软件,具备基本的数据分析能力;
6、有酒店行业销售经验者优先,无经验者可接受系统培训。

2. Good communication and coordination skills as well as negotiation skills, adept at maintaining customer relationships;
3. Have a certain market analysis capability and able to adjust sales strategies according to market changes;
4. Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
5. Proficient in using Office software and possess basic data analysis skills;
6. Sales experience in the hotel industry is preferred, but those without experience can receive systematic training.
