【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店客房部的日常运营管理工作,确保客房服务质量和清洁标准符合酒店要求;
2、制定并执行客房部的工作计划、服务流程及管理制度,优化部门运作效率;
3、监督客房清洁、布草管理、物品配备及设施维护,确保客房状态良好;
4、负责客房部员工的排班、培训、考核及团队建设,提升员工服务意识和专业技能;
5、处理客户投诉及特殊需求,及时解决问题,提升客户满意度;
6、控制客房成本,合理管理物资消耗,降低运营成本;
7、协助行政管家对整个客房部运营管理
1. Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel's housekeeping department, ensuring that room service quality and cleanliness standards meet hotel requirements;
2. Develop and implement work plans, service procedures, and management systems for the housekeeping department, optimizing departmental operational efficiency;
3. Supervise room cleaning, linen management, supply allocation, and facility maintenance, ensuring rooms are in good condition;
4. Responsible for scheduling, training, assessment, and team building of housekeeping staff, enhancing employees' service awareness and professional skills;
5. Handle customer complaints and special requests, resolve issues promptly, and improve customer satisfaction;
6. Control room-related costs, manage resources consumption reasonably, and reduce operational expenses;
7. Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the overall operation and management of the housekeeping department

1、具备酒店管理或相关领域工作经验,有客房管理经验者优先;
2、熟悉客房部工作流程及标准,了解酒店行业服务规范;
3、具备较强的团队管理能力,能够有效调动员工积极性;
4、良好的沟通协调能力,能妥善处理客户及员工关系;
5、工作细致认真,责任心强,具备较强的抗压能力;
6、能适应弹性工作时间,必要时参与轮班或加班。
1. Possess work experience in hotel management or related fields; candidates with experience in room management are preferred;
2. Be familiar with the workflow and standards of the guestroom department, and understand the service norms of the hotel industry;
3. Have strong team management skills and be able to effectively motivate employees;
4. Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to properly handle relationships with clients and staff;
5. Work meticulously and conscientiously, with a strong sense of responsibility, and possess strong stress resistance;
6. Be able to adapt to flexible working hours, and participate in shifts or overtime when necessary.
