【岗位职责】
1、协助餐厅经理负责餐厅日常运营管理工作,包括人员排班、服务流程监督及现场协调
2、督导服务员执行标准化服务流程,确保服务质量符合酒店品牌标准
3、处理顾客投诉及突发事件,及时提出改进方案并跟进落实
4、监控餐厅设备维护及卫生状况,确保符合食品安全及卫生规范
5、协助制定并执行餐厅销售策略,完成月度营收目标
6、负责新员工岗位培训及团队绩效评估
7、定期分析经营数据,提出成本控制及服务优化建议
1. Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, supervising service procedures, and prioritizing on-site coordination.
2. Supervise waitstaff in executing standardized service procedures to ensure service quality meets hotel brand standards.
3. Handle customer complaints and emergencies, promptly propose improvement plans and follow up on their implementation.
4. Monitor restaurant equipment maintenance and hygiene conditions to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
5. Assist in developing and implementing restaurant sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
6. Responsible for training new employees and evaluating team performance.
7. Regularly analyze operational data and provide suggestions for cost control and service optimization.
【岗位要求】
1、具备餐饮服务行业工作经验,有团队管理经验者优先
2、熟悉餐厅运营流程及食品安全管理体系
3、出色的沟通协调能力,能有效处理客诉及团队关系
4、具备基础财务知识,能进行营业数据统计分析
5、工作细致负责,能在高压环境下保持高效执行
6、具备灵活排班能力(含周末及节假日)
7、普通话流利,掌握基础英语沟通能力者优先
1. Possess work experience in the catering service industry; candidates with team management experience are preferred.
2. Familiar with restaurant operations and food safety management systems.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively handle customer complaints and team relations.
4. Possess basic financial knowledge, capable of business data statistics and analysis.
5. Detail-oriented and responsible, able to maintain high efficiency in a high-pressure environment.
6. Flexible scheduling ability, including weekends and holidays.
7. Fluent in Mandarin; basic English communication skills are preferred.
