【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店财务管理工作,包括会计核算、成本控制、预算编制及执行监督等;
2、审核日常财务收支,确保账务处理的准确性和合规性,按时完成财务报表的编制与报送;
3、监督酒店资金流动,优化资金使用效率,定期分析财务数据并提出改进建议;
4、负责税务申报、税务筹划及与税务机关的沟通协调,确保税务合规;
5、参与酒店经营决策,提供财务分析支持,协助管理层制定财务战略;
6、建立健全财务管理制度及内部控制流程,防范财务风险;
7、协调与银行、审计、税务等外部机构的关系,确保财务工作顺利开展;
8、负责财务团队的管理与培训,提升团队专业能力与工作效率。
1. Fully responsible for the hotel's financial management, including accounting, cost control, budget preparation, and execution supervision;
2. Review daily financial revenues and expenditures to ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting processes, and complete the preparation and submission of financial statements on time;
3. Supervise the flow of hotel funds, optimize capital utilization efficiency, regularly analyze financial data, and provide improvement suggestions;
4. Responsible for tax filing, tax planning, and communication with tax authorities to ensure tax compliance;
5. Participate in hotel business decision-making, provide financial analysis support, and assist management in formulating financial strategies;
6. Establish and improve financial management systems and internal control processes to prevent financial risks;
7. Coordinate with external institutions such as banks, auditing firms, and tax authorities to ensure the smooth execution of financial operations;
8. Responsible for the management and training of the finance team, enhancing professional competence and work efficiency.
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的财务专业知识,熟悉会计准则、税务法规及财务管理流程;
2、具备较强的财务分析能力,能够独立完成预算编制、成本控制及财务报告分析;
3、熟练使用财务软件(如用友、金蝶等)及办公软件(Excel、Word等);
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力,能够高效对接内外部相关方;
5、工作细致严谨,责任心强,具备较强的抗压能力;
6、有酒店行业财务工作经验者优先,无经验者需表现出较强的学习能力与适应能力;
7、对财务数据敏感,具备风险意识,能够及时发现并解决问题。
1. Possess solid professional knowledge in finance, with familiarity in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial management processes;
2. Possess strong financial analysis skills, capable of independently completing budget preparation, cost control, and financial report analysis;
3. Proficient in using financial software (such as UFIDA, Kingdee, etc.) and office software (Excel, Word, etc.);
4. Possess strong communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
5. Diligent and meticulous in work, with strong sense of responsibility and excellent stress resistance;
6. Prior experience in the hotel industry's financial sector is preferred; those without experience must demonstrate strong learning and adaptability skills;
7. Sensitive to financial data, with a risk-aware mindset, capable of promptly identifying and resolving issues.
