·Participate in the formulation and implementation of housekeeping policies and regulations. Update the workflow indaily work, improve the work efficiency of the department.

·Draw up the annual budget of the department and ensure the department operating expenses are controlled within the budget.
制定部门的年度预算,并确保部门的经营费用控制在预算之内。
·Organize and formulate department work procedure and work evaluation.
组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。
· Supervise staff to comply with the rules and regulations, leads by example to work strictly in accordance with the specified operating procedures and service standards.
督导客房部的员工遵守规章制度,同时以身作则,严格按规定的操作流程和服务标准工作。
·Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of guest facilities, public areas and back office (per the property’s actual situation)and be responsible for the work outcomes.
监督住客设施、公共区域及后勤区域(根据物业实际情况)的清洁和维护,并对工作结果负责。
· Coordinate with the Sales Department, guarantee the best occupancy rate, ensure that apartments and equipments are clean. Strictly control the number of maintenance rooms and urge the timeliness of maintenance.
配合销售部门,保证客房出租率和客房设备设施清洁方面的完好,严格控制维修房的数量和督促维修时效性。

·Familiar with relative professional knowledge, housekeeping management, service procedure and quality standards.
熟悉并掌握客房部专业知识、客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
·Sense of initiative, ability to obey, team spirit, enthusiasm of serviced Apartment /hotel.

·Strong ability to organize and coordinate, flexibility,ability to execute, good language expression capability, and information management skills.
