岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 配合餐厅经理管理日常运营,维持高品质服务表现。
Cooperate with the restaurant manager in daily operation management to maintain high-quality service performance.
2. 迎宾、巡视餐厅、处理客诉,确保流畅用餐体验。
Greet guests, inspect restaurant on-site and handle complaints to ensure smooth dining experience.
3. 协助团队培训、分工及绩效跟进。
Assist in team training, task allocation and performance follow-up.
4. 检查环境卫生、摆台规范与服务流程执行情况。
Check environmental hygiene, table setting standards and the implementation of service procedures.
5. 与厨房协作,推进菜品与活动推广。
Cooperate with the kitchen to promote dishes and restaurant activities.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 2–3年以上奢华酒店西餐服务经验。
At least 2-3 years of western restaurant service experience in luxury hotels.
2. 良好的沟通与组织协调能力。
Good communication, organization and coordination capabilities.
3. 熟悉国际餐饮服务标准。
Familiar with international catering service standards.
4. 英语能力良好。
Good English proficiency.
5. 有奢华品牌酒店筹开经验者优先考虑。
Candidates with luxury brand hotel pre-opening experience are preferred.
