岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 全面负责酒店安全体系搭建与管理，涵盖治安防控、消防安全、钥匙管控及应急处置，保障酒店整体运营安全稳定。
Fully oversee the hotel security system, including public security management, fire safety, key control and emergency response to ensure safe and stable hotel operation.
2. 制定并落地安全管理制度、消防应急预案及年度工作规划，监督日常巡检、监控值守及突发事件处置流程落地。
Formulate and implement security management regulations, fire emergency plans and annual work plans, and supervise daily inspection, monitoring and emergency handling procedures.
3. 统筹重大贵宾接待及各类活动现场安保部署，维护良好的政府及社区对接关系。
Arrange on-site security for VIP receptions and major events, and maintain positive relations with government and community authorities.
4. 开展安保团队培训，持续提升团队专业技能、应急处置能力与宾客服务意识。
Deliver regular training for the security team to improve professional skills, emergency capability and service awareness.
筹开职责 Pre-opening Responsibilities
1. 搭建酒店整体安保体系，完善安保制度、作业流程、执行标准、巡检路线及各类应急预案。
Establish the overall hotel security system, including regulations, workflows, operational standards, inspection routes and emergency plans.
2. 参与楼层设施、工程设备及消防系统验收，及时排查隐患并提出整改优化建议。
Participate in the acceptance of guest floors, engineering facilities and fire protection systems, and propose rectification suggestions for potential hazards.
3. 搭建安防监控体系，完成监控点位规划、系统调试及试运行工作。
Build the security monitoring system, including camera layout planning, system debugging and trial operation.
4. 负责筹开安保团队招聘、岗前培训及梯队搭建，组织落地全酒店开业前消防演练。
Manage pre-opening security team recruitment and training, and organize full-hotel pre-opening fire drills.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 5年以上奢华酒店安全管理工作经验，具备酒店筹开经验者优先。
At least 5 years of security management experience in luxury hotels; pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
2. 精通酒店安防体系运作、消防法规及各类应急处置流程。
Proficient in hotel security system operation, fire safety regulations and emergency management procedures.
3. 具备优秀的统筹规划、跨部门协调及沟通能力，拥有良好的基础英文能力。
Strong overall planning, coordination and communication skills with basic English proficiency.
