安保副经理/主管

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 协助安保经理开展酒店日常安全管理工作，涵盖日常巡检、消防管控及监控系统管理。
Assist the security manager in daily hotel safety management, including routine patrol inspection, fire control and surveillance system management.
2. 负责员工消防培训、消防演习组织及各类应急预案的落地执行。
Organize staff fire safety training, fire drills and ensure the implementation of emergency response plans.
3. 监督岗位班次纪律、巡逻台账记录及酒店停车场秩序维护管理。
Supervise shift discipline, patrol record keeping and maintain parking order on site.
4. 处理酒店一般性治安事件，及时完成现场处置与上报工作。
Handle general public security incidents and complete timely reporting and on-site disposal.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 1-3年奢华酒店安保管理经验，具备公安、消防从业背景优先，有酒店筹开经验者优先。
1-3 years of security management experience in luxury hotels; public security or fire service background and hotel pre-opening experience are preferred.
2. 熟悉消防法律法规、应急处置流程及安全巡检标准。
Familiar with fire safety laws and regulations, emergency procedures and safety inspection standards.
