工程技工（电工/机加工/暖通技工/装饰）

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责酒店及公区各类设施设备的日常巡检、维修与保养，涵盖强弱电、暖通空调、机加工及装饰装修等相关领域。
Responsible for daily inspection, maintenance and repair of hotel and public area facilities, including weak and strong electricity, HVAC, mechanical processing and decoration works.
2. 快速响应各类报修工单，独立或配合完成水电故障、五金、墙面、地面、门窗及家具等综合维修工作。
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and independently or collaboratively handle repairs of water & electricity faults, hardware, walls, floors, doors, windows and furniture.
3. 落实设备预防性维护计划，保障空调、通风、照明、给排水等系统稳定正常运行。
Implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the stable operation of air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, water supply and drainage systems.
4. 配合酒店筹开及改造项目，跟进设备安装、调试、现场施工及质量验收工作。
Support hotel pre-opening and renovation projects, including equipment installation, commissioning, on-site construction follow-up and quality inspection.
5. 严格遵守安全操作规范，妥善保管工具物料，保持作业区域整洁规范。
Strictly comply with safety operation regulations, properly manage tools and materials, and keep the working area clean and tidy.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 2年以上综合维修相关工作经验，有奢华酒店、高端餐饮、商业物业从业经验者优先。
At least 2 years of comprehensive maintenance working experience; candidates with background in luxury hotels, high-end catering or commercial properties are preferred.
2. 持有低压电工证，具备高压操作、焊接、制冷、木工、泥瓦、油漆等一项或多项技能者优先。
Possess a low-voltage electrician certificate; candidates with additional skills such as high-voltage operation, welding, refrigeration, carpentry, masonry and painting are preferred.
3. 熟悉各类设施设备原理与维修方式，可看懂基础电路图及施工图纸。
Familiar with the structure and maintenance methods of common equipment, and able to understand basic circuit diagrams and construction drawings.
4. 动手能力强，吃苦耐劳，可适配紧急抢修及多任务并行工作。
Hands-on, hard-working, and able to respond to emergency repairs and multi-task work.
5. 具备良好的服务意识与团队协作能力，持有高处作业证及相关职业资格证书者优先。
Good service awareness and team spirit; candidates with aerial work certificates and relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
