职位描述
岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责旅行社团队、会议及商务活动的销售与市场拓展,完成既定销售指标。
Responsible for sales development and market expansion of travel group tours, meetings and corporate events to achieve assigned sales targets.
2. 对接旅行社、会务公司及企业客户,挖掘合作需求,提供定制化餐饮与场地服务方案。
Liaise with travel agencies, MICE companies and corporate clients, explore cooperation opportunities, and provide customized catering and venue solutions.
3. 跟进客户询价、合同洽谈、活动执行及后期反馈,确保全流程服务体验。
Follow up client inquiries, contract negotiations, on-site event execution and post-event feedback to ensure full-process service quality.
4. 维护与现有渠道伙伴的合作关系,定期拜访沟通,提升客户粘性与复购率。
Maintain stable cooperation with existing channel partners through regular communication and visits to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
5. 收集市场动态及竞品信息,协助制定差异化销售策略与推广计划。
Collect market trends and competitor information to support differentiated sales strategies and promotion plans.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3年以上高端餐饮、奢华酒店或会展行业销售经验,具备旅行社或会议客户资源者优先。
At least 3 years of sales experience in high-end catering, luxury hotels or MICE industry; with existing travel and corporate client resources is preferred.
2. 熟悉旅行社团队接待流程及会议活动运作模式,具备独立商务谈判能力。
Familiar with group reception procedures and event operation models with independent business negotiation capabilities.
3. 形象良好,沟通表达清晰,英文流利。
Presentable appearance, clear communication skills and fluent English proficiency.
4. 具备较强市场敏锐度与开拓精神,能适应短期出差与灵活工作安排。
Strong market acumen and business development initiative; able to adapt to short business trips and flexible working arrangements.
5. 熟练使用Office办公软件及客户管理系统,有奢华品牌筹开经验者优先考虑。
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; candidates with luxury brand pre-opening experience are preferred.
