1. 统筹客房收益管理与预订业务,制定收益策略与预订流程。
Oversee room revenue management and reservation operations, and formulate revenue strategies and standard reservation procedures.
2. 分析市场数据,动态调控价格与库存。
Analyze market data, dynamically adjust pricing and room inventory .
3. 领导团队优化服务标准,确保预订信息传递与客户需求落实。
Lead the team to optimize service standards, ensuring accurate transmission of reservation information and effective fulfillment of guest requirements.
4. 协同销售、管家、客房等部门,保障跨部门高效联动。
Collaborate with sales, butler, housekeeping and other departments to ensure efficient cross-departmental coordination.
5. 监控收益指标,定期输出分析报告,为经营决策提供依据。
Monitor key revenue indicators and deliver regular analytical reports to support operational and management decisions.
6. 负责团队搭建、培训与绩效考核,提升团队专业化水平。
Be responsible for team building, professional training and performance appraisal to improve the overall professionalism of the team.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 5年以上奢华酒店或餐饮收益管理及预订统筹经验,2年以上总监级管理经验,具备餐饮及客房双重收益背景者优先。
Over 5 years of experience in revenue management and reservation supervision within luxury hotels or high-end F&B industry, including more than 2 years of director-level management experience; candidates with dual revenue management experience in both rooms and F&B are preferred.
2. 精通收益管理原理与数据分析,熟悉 PMS/CRS 系统。
Proficient in revenue management principles and data analysis, with solid working knowledge of PMS and CRS systems.
3. 具备流利英文听说读写能力,能与国际客户无障碍沟通。
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) with the ability to communicate smoothly with international guests.
4. 出色的领导力与跨部门协调能力,适应高强度工作。
Possess outstanding leadership and cross-departmental coordination skills, and be able to work under high-intensity working environment.
5. 结果导向,抗压能力强,有奢华品牌筹开经验者优先。
Result-oriented with strong stress resistance; candidates with pre-opening experience of luxury hotel brands are preferred.
