Commercial Responsibilities
商业职责:
· After negotiate with the hotel management, on behalf of hotel respond to the question of news and intermediary.

· Evaluating the value of local group and charity campaign, suggest the hotel to participate.
评估地方团体、慈善活动的价值,建议酒店参与。
· On behalf of hotel to attend some celebration campaign.

· Do social appointment to honored guests, journalist, intermediary, hotel talent and PR talent.

General Duties
日常职责
· Management 管理:
- To compile and to revise the public activity and target plan per year according to the sales and market plan of hotel.
按照酒店销售和市场计划编订每年公关活动、目标方案。
- Managing the mails list of PR Dept.
管理公关部的邮件单。
- Submit the public resource report per month.
每月提交公关报告。
· Public data公共资料:
- Developing and safekeeping the newest sales printed matters of hotel.
发展和保管最新的酒店销售印刷品。
- Distributing the newest hotel information to local, region and international intermediary.
给地方、地区和国际传媒发放新的酒店信息。
- Mail the newsletter and promotion advertising printed matters of hotel.
邮寄酒店的新闻信件和推销宣传印刷品。
- Controlling the quantity of promotion gift of hotel.

- Collecting the information of local and region intermediary, take passage about the importance news and information of newspaper, and submit to each department manager.

- Deal with each important festival days and information collecting.

- Supervise and contact to the photography and public resource work of hotel.

- Set up and keep the close relationship with the local, region and international news and intermediary.

- Keep contact with the MARCOM Manager of region office and other brother hotel.

· Contact with customer 与客人接触:
- Write the welcome letter for honored guests. Provide the photos for news transmit by radio telegraphy through the honored guests agreed.
写贵宾欢迎信,经贵宾同意后为新闻发报社提供照片。
- Provide the whole public service if the customer and news report need.
如酒店住客或新闻发报会要求,提供全面的公关服务。
- Attend the valuable celebration campaign.
出席有价值的庆典活动。
- Preparing the letters, memo and notice of hotel campaign and special matters.
准备关于酒店活动和特别事件的信件、备忘录和通知。
· Advertising data 宣传资料:
- Check all of important data, and ensure it according to the requirements of hotel management organization operation brochures, safekeeping the data and printed records.
检查所有重要资料,确保符合酒店管理集团营运手册的要求,保管资料的印刷记录。
- Assist to the edit the news letters of S&M Dept.
协助编辑市场销售部的新闻信件。
- Write, edit and check the promotion advertising information of hotel.
撰写、编辑和检查酒店推广宣传资料。
- Supervise and assist the photography service, and completing the photography work.
监督协助摄影服务,并完成摄影工作。
· Advertisement 广告:
- Implement all of advertising plan which examined and approved by managing authorities, and discuss with DOSM.

- Safekeeping the base map of advertisement printed data.

- Suggest that the advertising data and image design and expanding of hotel to managing authorities.

- Draw up, advice, edit and check all of advertisement of local.

· Administering the other tasks which allotted by DOSM.

Health and Safety

· Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified.

· Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures.

· Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and talents.

· Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

· Ensure all talent within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others.

· Use safe manual handling techniques and practise safe work habits following Accor Health, Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimise our impact on the environment and prevent pollution.

Confidentiality
保密
· Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to AccorHotels Internet and Email policy
确保保密性和所有有关酒店的数据无论软件和硬件的安全。坚持雅高酒店集团的网络和邮件政策。
· Ensure Hotel, Customer and Talent information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
确保在人才在职或离职后对酒店、客人和人才信息或者其它的相关信息的保密性。
Other Responsibilities
其他职责
· All talents are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.
所有人才需要遵循来自上级主管的每一个合理的要求,这些要求也许需要一些时间在正常的工作环境下执行和完成。
· All talents may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
所有的人才也许要执行酒店管理层根据工作需要分配的工作和其它职责。
