职位描述

· Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.

· Follow-up “no-show” list and group wash-down daily.
跟进“预订未到”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
· Supervise the confirmation of Hotel Reservations via letter/email/fax within 24 hours of receipt.
确保在收到预订24小时内,必须通过书信、电邮、传真的形式进行预订确认。
· Acquire good understanding of the room reservation procedures.
熟悉处理房间预订的程序。
· Communicate with demanding guests, solve problems for sub-ordinates and report regularly on section’s operation issue.
与高要求客人沟通、协助下属解决困难及对部门发生的事情做日常报告。
· Perform daily duties and any other duties assigned by Revenue Manager or Reservation Manager.
履行日常的工作职责以及收益经理或预订部经理所分配的其他工作。
· Follow-up on billing authorization or payment arrangement in case of room prepayment required and forward to Front Desk for their follow-up.
在房费预付的情况下,跟进客人的预付资料或授权书,并将复印件交给前台跟进。
· File all contracts according to Company names by alphabetical order.
按字母顺序编排所有公司的合约。
· Handle all group tours/conventions from the initial blockage to the rooming list.
处理所有旅游团队、会议团队的预订。
· Attend training and meetings.
参予培训及会议。
· Handle outgoing reservations faxes and emails.
处理发出的预订传真和电邮。
· Follow up on TARS booking modification.
整理及更新雅高预订系统的预订。
· To receive, process and confirm all room reservations via below channels in an efficient and courteous manner.
快捷及礼貌地接收、处理和确认所有通过以下途径的房间的预订。
· To ensure that reservations are processed based on room availability, applicable rates and appropriate billing arrangements.
确保预订是根据酒店房间情况、合适的价格和付款安排而进行。
· Ensure every reservation contains correct and applicable information. This will alleviate guest concerns during check in and check out.
负责保证每一个预订都有正确合适的资料。这将减少客人在入住和结账期间的麻烦。
· To check arrival lists, special remarks and meal plan codes. Correct input of rates, special arrangement, VIP status etc. on daily basis.
检查每日预抵客人名单、特殊的备注和用餐安排。更正房间价格、特殊的安排、重要宾客等。
· To supervise filing of all correspondence daily according to day/month/year.
按“日/月/年”格式管理所有订房资料。
· Co-ordinate all reservations input.
管理所有输入的预订资料。
· Administering each assigned task by Reservation Manager, help strength internal management.
执行由预订部经理分配的各项任务,并协助其加强内部管理。
· Encourage and motivate ambassador by effective management skill.
通过有效的管理技巧鼓励和激发人才的工作积极性。
· Being constantly aware of all rates and rate structures of the hotel and offer appropriate rate to guests.
要清楚酒店的所有房价和房价构成,并且给予客人适合的房价。
· Provide services and information to guests that are the most accurate and updated.
向客人提供服务和最新、最准确的咨询。
· Maintain good reputation for the Hotel and assist to increase overall profitability.
保持酒店的良好声誉并协助酒店赢得更高的利润。
