监督和检查分配给客房和公共区域服务生的工作,按酒店和公司的经营目标,确保符合产品的质量标准,为酒店客人提供卓越的服务。Supervise and inspect the work assigned to the room and public area attendants, ensuring compliance with the quality standards of the products in accordance with the business goals of the hotel and the company, and providing excellent service to the hotel guests.定期检查公共区域,确保家具、设施及设备的清洁及妥善维修。Regularly inspect the public areas to ensure the cleanliness of furniture, facilities and equipment, and to guarantee their proper maintenance.监督客房部的员工工作,确保所有的客人可以享有及时而礼貌的服务。Supervise the work of the staff in the housekeeping department to ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.落实客房部的安置与检查,确保部门内部的统一;管理酒店客人遗留物,建立遗留物管理档案。Implement the allocation and inspection of the housekeeping department to ensure internal uniformity within the department; manage the belongings left by hotel guests and establish a management file for these items.召开定期的部门例会,履行客房服务员的职责,客房经理不在时,将承担客房部经理的工作。Conduct regular departmental meetings, fulfill the duties of a room attendant, and assume the role of the room department manager when the room manager is absent.协调所有客房部员工的培训。 Coordinate the training of all staff in the housekeeping department
工作技能技巧要求:Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
2年及以上客房部工作经验。At least two years of experience in the housekeeping department.基本的计算机使用技能,能够读写。Basic computer skills, including the ability to read and write.有良好的团队合作精神以及执行力,对待工作认真负责。Have a good teamwork spirit and execution ability, and be serious and responsible towards work.
