· Strictly implement the reservation policies and compliance requirements, including data security, customer information protection, etc., to avoid operational risks.

· Ensure a positive RevPAR and RGI growth for responsible properties.

资质要求:
· College degree or above, majoring in hotel management, tourism, or language-related fields.
大专以上学历,主修酒店管理、旅游或语言类相关专业。
· More than 2 years reservation and revenue management working experience in hotels or service residences.
2年以上酒店或服务公寓预订和收益相关工作经验。
· Proficient in hotel management software and computer systems.
熟练使用酒店管理软件和计算机系统。
· Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
良好的沟通和解决问题的能力。
· good command of spoken and written English.
