工作职责 :
Prepare a variety of dishes under supervisor’s guidance, adhering to recipes and food specifications. Ensure taste, presentation, and safety meet property standards.

Check ingredient quality and quantity during procurement; report issues to supervisors promptly.
在采购过程中,检查原材料的鲜活度、质量及数量,发现问题及时上报。
Familiarize with seasonal ingredients, including their names, sources, prices, and supply trends.
熟悉季节性原材料的名称、产地、价格及供应需求。
Oversee daily kitchen sanitation, including equipment cleaning and waste disposal.
负责厨房日常卫生清洁,包括设备清洁与垃圾处理。
Cook staff meals according to dietary requirements and ensure timely delivery.(If any)

Maintain open communication with the F&B team to ensure smooth service flow.

Adhere strictly to Ascott's policies, procedures, and standards.

In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work, responsible for the risk management within the scope of his own position.

岗位要求:
High school diploma or vocational technical school certificate; culinary-related education preferred.
高中或中技学历,烹饪相关专业优先。
Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience; hotel industry background is a plus.
2年以上厨房工作经验,酒店从业经验者优先。
Proficient in both Eastern and Western cooking techniques.
擅长中、西式菜品烹饪。
Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
熟悉食品安全法规及质量控制流程。
Responsible, hardworking, and adaptable to high-pressure environments.
责任心强、吃苦耐劳,适应高压工作环境。
Willingness to work flexible shifts.
接受工作弹性排班。
Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment.
