职责概述
GENERAL MISSION
当班时协助前厅部经理管理前厅部工作并提供对客服务,在酒店高级管理人员和部门经理不当 班时担任值班经理。
To supervise all Front Office units during the shift and handle guest relations and requests. Act as Duty Manager in the absence of senior management and department heads.
工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
每班检查当日抵店客人信息,包括贵宾、常规客人、团队的情况以及特别要求并现场检查贵宾 的房间和欢迎礼品。
Review arrival information on a daily basis; VIP, Regular guests, Groups, special requests etc, Spot-check VIP rooms and amenities.
熟悉前厅部工作标准及程序。
Familiar with Front Office Standards and Procedures.
确保客人的抱怨被合适的记录并采取行动避免客人不满意的离开酒店,必要时从管理人员处获 得帮助。
Ensure that guest complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any guest leaving the hotel dissatisfied. Seeks assistance from Management if needed.
维持对酒店会员计划的高度了解,确保正确处理、准备报告并积极参与发展新会员。
Maintain good knowledge of the Hotel Membership Program, ensuring correct handling, prepares reports and actively participates in enrolling new members.
协助解决财务问題、争议、丢失的备份等。
Assist in resolving accounting matters, disputes, missing back-ups etc.
协助部门的培训和评估。
Assist in departmental training and assessments.
支持个性化的努力,收集关键的客史和生活习惯,并积极登记录到PMS系统。
Supports personalized efforts by collecting key guest history and habits and actively logging these into PMS.
在当班记录(电子记录)准确记录所有重要事件的和客人意见。
Log all incidents of importance accurately and guest comments in shift logbook (e-Log) for Management.
对医疗要求和紧急事件做出快速反应, 作为酒店紧急行动队的一员,了解酒店关于火灾、空袭、 撤退等的紧急程序。
Responds immediately on medical requests and emergencies, be responsible for night duties, carry out hotel night audit according to procedure.
在必要时协助前台工作,帮助客人登记入住,结帐离店等等。
Assist Reception when required, help guest check in, check out, etc.
负责酒店夜间运行,根据具体程序完成夜间审计工作。

使用促销和建议性的销售技巧销售酒店和酒店的产品与服务。
Sell the hotel and related products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.
确保客人需求和合理要求被满足,采取合适的行动解决客人的投拆。
Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met, take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守酒店的商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。
Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s Associate Handbook.
完成上级交待的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
职位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
具备前厅相关岗位3年及以上工作经验。
Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience in front office positions.
熟悉酒店前厅运营流程及PMS系统操作,具备较强的现场管理能力。
Familiar with front office operations and PMS system, with strong on-site management skills.
具备良好的沟通协调能力、应变能力和服务意识,能妥善处理突发状况。
Excellent communication and coordination skills, adaptability, and service awareness, capable of handling emergencies appropriately.
能适应轮班工作制,责任心强,工作细致,具备团队领导经验者优先。
Able to work in rotating shifts, responsible, detail-oriented, and with prior team leadership experience preferred.
具备英语沟通及书写能力,熟练使用办公软件。
Proficient in English communication and writing, and skilled in using office software.
35周岁及以下,条件优秀者年龄可酌情放宽。
Under 35 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding candidates.
大专及以上学历。
College degree or above.
