1.熟练学习并掌握所属部门工作细则与标准流程,依规完成日常基础工作。
Learn and master the working rules and standard procedures of the department, and complete daily basic work in accordance with regulations.
2.用心聆听宾客需求,主动提供合理建议,全力保障优质服务体验。
Listen carefully to guests' needs, take the initiative to provide reasonable suggestions, and fully ensure high-quality service experience.
3.积极配合部门同事开展工作,高效完成团队协作任务。
Cooperate actively with colleagues in the department to complete team tasks efficiently.
4.服从部门负责人安排,完成其他交办的相关工作。
Follow the arrangement of the department supervisor and complete other assigned related work.
