救生员 Life Guard

The primary responsibility of the Lifeguard is to maintain the safety of all guests at the swimming pool and surrounding areas at the hotel in line with MGM’s procedures, Brand Standards and local regulations.
救生员的主要责任是按照美高梅的程序、品牌标准和当地法规，在游泳池和泳池周边维护所有宾客的安全。
1. To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set. Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.
负责指定工作区域的所有职责和任务。关注、回顾重点任务清单，并根据行业趋势、客人期望和运营理念等对其进行修改。
2.To be entirely flexible and adept to rotate within the different sub departments of the Fitness or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
以灵活的态度和熟练的技巧协助健身中心其他部门和其它的酒店部门。
3.To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
熟悉酒店的设施及各项服务。
4. To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.
负责建立并负责指定区域的营业和关门程序。
5. To ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
确保工作区域和其他区域保持干净且整洁有序。
6. Must keep all areas clean at all time.
保持周围环境的清洁。
7. Must upkeep all pool equipment in and around the deck.
保持泳池设备和周围区域设施的良好状态。
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
岗位要求
1. Professional lifeguard experience/certified as a lifeguard
专业的救生员经历/有救生员证书
2. First-Aid and CPR certification
急救培训
3. Previous fitness training experience of at least 2 years in a gym, fitness facility or health care
有2年左右的在健身中心的工作经历。
