保安部领班（主管级） Team Leader - Security (Supervisor Level)

职位描述 Job Description
1.协助保安部经理统筹日常运营，监督班组执勤、纪律与仪容仪表，保障酒店安全秩序。
Assist the Security Manager in daily operations, supervise team performance, discipline and grooming to maintain hotel safety and order.
2.熟悉酒店消防、监控、应急设备与疏散流程，处置火警、可疑人员、访客 / 承包商进出等安全事件。
Be familiar with hotel fire-fighting, CCTV, emergency equipment and evacuation procedures; handle fire alerts, unauthorized persons, visitor/contractor access and other security incidents.
3.负责安全日志、物资盘点、监控运行检查，按时上报安全情况与异常事件。
Complete security logbook, inventory check and CCTV operation inspection; report security status and irregularities on time.
4.礼貌高效处理宾客投诉与问询，引导宾客、维护车道畅通，提供专业宾客服务。
Handle guest complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, assist guests with directions, keep driveway clear and provide professional service.
5.落实酒店安全制度，物品查验、区域巡逻，执行上级交办的其他任务。
Implement hotel security policies, belongings check and patrols; perform other reasonable duties assigned.
任职条件 Criteria：
1 年及以上酒店保安或同岗位管理经验，熟悉酒店安保与消防应急流程。
At least 1 year of hotel security or supervisory experience; familiar with hotel security and fire emergency procedures.
2.熟悉消防设备、监控系统、应急通讯设备操作，持有保安证 / 消防证优先。
Proficient in fire equipment, CCTV and radio operation; Security Certificate/Fire Safety Certificate preferred.
3.具备现场管理、应急处置与沟通协调能力，原则性强、反应迅速。
With on-site management, emergency response and coordination skills; principled, responsive and decisive.
4.能适应倒班，身体健康，责任心强，无不良记录。
Adaptable to shift work, physically healthy, responsible and with no criminal record.
