职位描述 Job Description
1.负责酒店各类宣传物料的创意设计、排版制作与印刷落地，保障视觉呈现符合酒店品牌标准；
Responsible for creative design, layout and printing of hotel promotional materials, ensuring visual presentation meets hotel brand standards.
2.完成活动主视觉、标识、背景板、广告画面等图文设计，按需求完成创意构思与修改调整；
Complete graphic design including event visuals, logos, backdrops and advertising materials, finish concept development and revisions as required.
3.协助活动拍摄、物料制作与现场布置，为客房、餐饮及宴会活动提供视觉与道具支；
Assist event photography, material production and on-site decoration, provide visual and prop support for rooms, F&B and banquet events.
4.对接供应商及跨部门协作，高效推进项目执行，保障活动与宣传工作顺利落地；
Coordinate with suppliers and cross-departments, promote project execution efficiently to ensure smooth implementation of events and promotions.
5.遵守酒店规章制度，保持专业形象，积极参与培训与会议，完成上级交办的其他工作。
Abide by hotel rules and regulations, maintain professional image, participate in training and meetings actively, and complete other tasks assigned by superior.
任职条件 Criteria：
1.具备平面设计、视觉传达相关专业背景，熟练使用 PS、AI 等设计软件。
Major in graphic design or visual communication, proficient in design software such as PS and AI.
2.熟悉酒店宣传物料设计与印刷工艺，有国际品牌酒店美工相关经验优先。
Familiar with hotel promotional material design and printing process, experience in international brand hotels is preferred.
3.具备良好审美与创意能力，工作细致高效，沟通协作能力强。
Good aesthetic and creative ability, careful and efficient work, strong communication and cooperation skills.
