职位描述 Job Description
1.按颜色、洗涤方式分拣布草与制服，区分干湿、深浅面料，选用对应洗涤程序规范洗涤。
Sort linens and uniforms by color and washing requirement, separate wet and dry items, select proper washing formulas.
2.规范投放洗涤药剂，把控设备装载量，每日清洁保养洗烘设备，故障及时上报领班。
Add laundry chemicals correctly, control machine load capacity, clean machines daily and report equipment breakdowns.
3.分拣时拾获客遗物品第一时间上交主管，工作结束整齐收纳布草车，维持岗位整洁。
Hand over any found items to team leader immediately, tidy all trolleys and keep working area clean.
4.礼貌处理员工及客人问询，无法解决的问题及时上报，保持良好跨岗位协作关系。
Handle guest and staff enquiries politely, escalate unsolved issues timely and maintain good teamwork.
5.遵守酒店消防、卫生安全制度，保持规范仪容仪表，参加培训例会，完成上级交办其他工作。Comply with hotel fire, hygiene and safety regulations, attend meetings and training, perform other assigned duties.
任职条件 Criteria
1.有酒店洗衣房相关经验、会基础的缝纫及客衣洗涤经验者优先。
Candidates with hotel laundry experience, basic sewing skills and guest laundry handling experience are preferred.
2.能看懂基础洗涤标识，可区分深浅、干洗、水洗面料，熟悉洗涤设备基础操作。
Able to read laundry care labels, distinguish different fabrics and operate washing machines.
3.手脚麻利，做事细致，分拣布草细心，具备基础物品识别能力。
Diligent and careful, attentive during linen sorting with good observation skills.
4.服从领班安排，沟通友善，具备团队协作意识，拾获物品主动上交。
Follow team leader’s instructions, friendly communication and strong team spirit.
5.吃苦耐劳，能适应轮班，严格遵守洗衣房安全操作及酒店仪容仪表规范。
Hard-working, able to work shifts, strictly follow laundry safety operation and hotel grooming standards.
