Job Description 岗位职责
1.为宾客提供热情、专业、周到的服务。
Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service to guests.
2.协助部门开展日常运营工作，确保高质量的宾客体验。
Assist in daily department operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
3.及时响应宾客需求及问询，并提供适当协助。
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
4.协助各类服务接待及酒店运营相关工作。
Support guest-facing activities and hotel operational functions.
5.维护酒店服务标准及品牌形象。
Uphold hotel service standards and brand image.
6.完成主管安排的其他工作任务。
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
任职条件 Criteria
1.热爱酒店行业，具备良好的服务意识。
Passionate about the hospitality industry with a strong service mindset.
2.具备良好的沟通表达能力及团队合作精神。
Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
3.工作积极主动，责任心强，学习能力佳。
Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
4.能适应酒店运营工作环境及轮班安排。
Able to adapt to a hotel operational environment and shift schedules.
6.实习期不少于6个月。
Available for an internship of at least six months.
