战略规划：制定并执行符合酒店集团目标的区域年度运营及开业计划，重点关注收入增长和宾客满意度。确保区域内新酒店按时高质量开业，并符合品牌标准。

运营管理：监督各酒店日常运营，全面落实品牌标准与服务流程，通过质量评估与改进机制保障服务品质。
·
绩效管理：设定关键绩效指标，定期分析财务数据、宾客反馈及运营报告，识别改进机会并推动落实。
·
团队发展：统筹区域培训体系，设计并实施员工能力提升计划，营造持续学习与改进的组织氛围。
·
成本与收益管控：监控酒店损益表现，协助编制与管理预算，推行成本控制措施，提升营收能力。
·
协同沟通：确保区域办公室与各酒店之间信息畅通，有效传达集团政策与战略方向。
·
市场洞察：持续跟踪行业动态与竞争环境，进行市场分析与机会挖掘，支持业务发展决策。
·
危机应对：建立健全区域应急处理机制，保障宾客与员工安全，维护酒店正常运营。
·
关系维护：与酒店业主、合作伙伴及关键利益相关方保持良好沟通，助力区域业务长期稳定发展。

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional operations and opening plans that align with hotel group objectives, emphasizing revenue growth and guest satisfaction. Ensure the timely and high-quality opening of new hotels in the region, adhering to brand standards. Operational Excellence: Ensure all hotels meet brand standards and deliver high-quality services by implementing operational procedures and quality assurance programs. Performance Monitoring: Set and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial reports and guest feedback, and address areas needing improvement. Staff Training and Development: Design training programs to enhance staff skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Cost Control: Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures to optimize expenses and enhance revenue. Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the regional office and hotels, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis protocols to ensure the safety of guests and employees. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with hotel owners and stakeholders to support operational success and growth.
