【岗位职责】
Formulate and implement the overall PR strategy of the hotel to enhance the brand awareness and reputation of the hotel in Zhoushan and surrounding regions.
制定并执行酒店整体公关策略,提升酒店品牌在舟山及区域内的知名度和美誉度。
Maintain and expand sound cooperative relationships with local and national mainstream media, industry key opinion leaders (KOLs) and travel bloggers to guarantee positive media exposure.
维护并拓展与本地及全国主流媒体、行业KOL、旅游博主的良好合作关系,确保正面曝光率。
Plan and organize online and offline PR events, including grand opening ceremonies, themed promotions, media familiarization tours, etc., to effectively boost the hotel’s market influence.
策划并组织线上线下公关活动,包括开业庆典、主题推广、媒体考察团等,有效提升酒店市场影响力。
Draft and review Chinese and English press releases, promotional copies, brand stories and other PR materials, ensuring professional content consistent with brand tonality.
撰写及审核中英文新闻稿、宣传文案、品牌故事等公关素材,确保内容专业、符合品牌调性。
Monitor public opinions in real time, respond swiftly to and properly handle unexpected crisis incidents to safeguard the hotel’s reputation.
实时监测舆情,快速响应并妥善处理突发危机事件,维护酒店声誉。
Collaborate with departments including Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping and F&B to integrate resources and drive the implementation of marketing communication projects.
协同市场销售、客房、餐饮等部门,整合资源推动营销传播项目落地。
Manage content planning and publishing for the hotel official website and social media accounts (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.) to boost fan engagement and conversion rates.
管理酒店官网、社交媒体账号(微信、抖音、小红书等)的内容策划与发布,提升粉丝互动及转化。
Regularly collect competitor updates and industry trends, and provide management with market insights and PR recommendations.
定期收集竞品动态及行业趋势,为管理层提供市场洞察及公关建议。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
No restrictions on academic background, work experience or age; candidates shall possess outstanding communication, interpersonal and crisis response skills.
不限学历、经验及年龄,但需具备优秀的沟通表达能力、人际交往能力及应变能力。
Passionate about the hospitality industry and brand communication; able to quickly grasp the hotel’s selling points and customer demands.
热爱酒店行业,对品牌传播有高度热情,能快速理解酒店产品卖点及客户需求。
Solid Chinese writing skills; proficiency in English reading and writing is a plus.
具备良好的中文写作功底,若具英文读写能力更佳。
Familiar with the operation logic of mainstream social media platforms; prior experience in online content creation or event planning is preferred.
熟悉主流社交媒体平台的运营逻辑,有线上内容创作或活动策划经验者优先。
Strong stress tolerance; capable of handling multiple tasks and unexpected contingencies flexibly.
抗压能力强,能灵活处理多线任务及突发状况。
Candidates with relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, media or PR industries are given priority.
有酒店、旅游、媒体或公关领域相关背景者优先考虑。
