【Job Responsibilities 岗位职责】
Take charge of the hotel’s full cost management system, formulate cost control standards and operation procedures for food, beverage and supplies.
全面负责酒店全套成本管理体系，制定餐饮、物资成本管控标准及操作流程。
Conduct daily verification of food & beverage raw material receiving, consumption and inventory, check deviation between theoretical cost and actual cost.
每日审核餐饮原材料收货、领用、消耗及库存，核对理论成本与实际成本差异。
Organize monthly inventory counting of kitchen, warehouse and beverage storehouse, finish inventory reconciliation and write variance analysis reports.
组织厨房、仓库、酒水仓月度盘点，完成库存对账并出具差异分析报告。
Audit supplier quotation, purchase price and menu cost, put forward optimization suggestions to reduce operating costs reasonably.
审核供应商报价、采购单价及菜品成本，提出优化方案，合理降低运营成本。
Prepare daily, monthly and annual cost analysis statements, report cost status and improvement plans to Finance Manager regularly.
编制日、月、年度成本分析报表，定期向财务经理汇报成本现状及整改方案。
Supervise the implementation of stock management, raw material first-in-first-out system, reduce material waste and loss.
监督库存管理、原材料先进先出制度落地，减少物料损耗与浪费。
Assist month-end closing work, provide complete cost vouchers and data for internal & external audit.
协助月末结账工作，为内外部审计提供完整成本凭证与数据。
Guide daily work of cost team, organize professional training to improve cost control efficiency.
指导成本小组日常工作，组织专业培训，提升成本管控效率。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
Familiar with hotel F&B cost accounting and cost control system, with hotel cost working experience is preferred.
熟悉酒店餐饮成本核算与管控体系，有酒店成本相关工作经验优先。
Master financial software and Office software, proficient in Excel data statistics and pivot table analysis.
熟练操作财务软件及办公软件，精通 Excel 数据统计、数据透视表分析。
Careful, logical and strong sense of data, able to accurately find out abnormal cost fluctuations.
工作细致、逻辑清晰，数字敏感度高，排查成本异常波动。
Good communication ability, can cooperate smoothly with purchasing, kitchen, warehouse and each business department.
沟通协调能力良好，可与采购、厨房、仓库及各营业部门顺畅对接。
Strong sense of responsibility, able to bear month-end inventory and closing work pressure.
责任心强，可承受月末盘点、关账阶段工作压力。
No limit on education, age and experience, candidates with basic cost knowledge and strong learning ability are welcome.
