【Job Description 岗位职责】
Overall responsible for the daily operation and management of hotel property, including overall planning and supervision of facility & equipment maintenance, security & fire control, cleaning & landscaping, and public area renovation.
全面负责酒店物业的日常运营管理,包括设施设备维护、安保消防、清洁绿化、公共区域修缮等工作的统筹与监督。
Formulate and implement property management regulations, operating procedures and emergency plans to maintain a safe, clean and well-organized hotel environment.
制定并执行物业管理制度、操作流程及应急预案,确保酒店环境安全、整洁、有序。
Take charge of property team recruitment, training and performance appraisal to improve staff service awareness and professional competence.
负责物业团队的组建、培训与考核,提升团队服务意识与专业技能。
Coordinate cooperation with outsourced vendors (cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, etc.), supervise service quality and carry out cost control.
协调与外包服务供应商(如保洁、绿化、维修等)的合作,监督服务质量与成本控制。
Carry out regular inspections across all hotel premises, timely troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and eliminate potential safety hazards, and formulate annual maintenance schedules.
定期巡检酒店各区域,及时发现并处理设施设备故障及安全隐患,制定年度维修保养计划。
Coordinate with other departments to provide full property support for large-scale events, conferences and VIP receptions.
配合其他部门做好大型活动、会议及重要接待的物业保障工作。
Manage property budget drafting, expense control and material procurement to cut operating costs reasonably.
负责物业相关预算编制、费用控制及物资采购管理,合理降低运营成本。
Resolve property-related complaints and feedback from owners and guests to boost customer satisfaction.
处理业主及宾客关于物业方面的投诉与建议,提升客户满意度。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
No mandatory academic requirement; candidates with major in property management, engineering management or related disciplines are preferred.
学历不限,具备物业管理、工程管理或相关专业背景者优先。
No mandatory working experience required; prior experience in hotel or commercial property management is a plus.
工作经验不限,有酒店或商业物业管理工作经验者优先考虑。
Familiar with property management laws, regulations and standard workflows, with solid ability to diagnose equipment faults and handle emergencies.
熟悉物业管理相关法律法规及操作流程,具备较强的故障判断与应急处理能力。
Possess excellent communication, coordination and team management skills, able to work under pressure and properly liaise with all stakeholders.
具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力及抗压能力,能妥善处理多方关系。
Strong sense of responsibility and service mindset, meticulous and rigorous at work, capable of adapting to hotel working schedules.
责任心强,服务意识佳,工作细致严谨,能够适应酒店行业的工作节奏。
Candidates holding Property Manager Qualification Certificate or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
持有物业经理上岗证或相关职业资格证书者优先。
