洗衣房经理 Laundry Manager

【岗位职责】
1.全面负责酒店洗衣房的日常运营管理，包括客衣洗涤、布草清洗、熨烫及分发，确保高效、洁净、无损。
2.制定并执行洗衣房SOP.质量标准及安全操作规程，定期维护洗涤设备。
3.控制洗涤化学品、水电及布草损耗成本，优化洗涤流程以提升效率。
4.管理洗衣房团队，安排班次、培训员工、监督服务质量与工作效率。
5.与楼层、餐饮、康体等部门协调布草收发，确保及时供应。
6.处理客衣洗涤投诉，确保客户满意度。
7.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel laundry department, including guest laundry cleaning, linen washing, ironing, and distribution, ensuring high efficiency, cleanliness, and no damage.
2. Develop and implement laundry Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety operation protocols; regularly maintain washing equipment.
3. Control costs related to washing chemicals, water, electricity, and linen损耗 (wastage/loss); optimize washing processes to improve efficiency.
4. Manage the laundry team, arrange shifts, train employees, and supervise service quality and work efficiency.
5. Coordinate linen collection and distribution with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Health Club, and other departments to ensure timely supply.
6. Handle guest complaints regarding laundry cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned based on business and hotel needs.
【岗位要求】
1.高中/中专及以上学历，酒店管理、纺织或相关专业优先。
2.5年及以上高星级酒店或大型洗衣厂工作经验，2年以上管理岗位经历。
3.熟悉各类布草材质、洗涤工艺、设备操作等。
4.具备成本控制意识与团队管理能力。
5.工作细致、责任心强，能适应轮班工作。
6.年龄45周岁及以下，身体健康，无色盲色弱。
[Job Requirements]
1. High school or secondary vocational school degree or above; preference for candidates with a background in Hotel Management, Textile Engineering, or related fields.
2. 5 years or more of work experience in high-star-rated hotels or large-scale commercial laundry plants, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
3. Familiar with various linen materials, washing processes, and equipment operation.
4. Possess cost control awareness and team management skills.
5. Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work on rotating shifts.
6. Age 45 years or below, in good health, with no color blindness or color weakness.
