采购主管 Purchasing Supervisor

【岗位职责】
根据酒店各部门（前厅、客房、餐饮、工程、行政等）的月度 / 季度物资需求计划，结合库存水平，制定完善的采购计划，避免超储或缺货。负责日常物资的采购执行，包括询价、比价、议价，确保采购物资的质量、规格、价格符合酒店标准，优先选择高性价比供应商。规范采购单据管理，包括申购单、订单、验收单、发票等，确保单据齐全、数据准确，配合财务部门完成对账、付款流程。根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。熟悉 PICC 采购系统。
【Job Responsibilities】
Based on the monthly/quarterly material requirements plans of various hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Administration, etc.), and in combination with inventory levels, formulate accurate procurement plans to avoid overstocking or stockouts.Responsible for the daily execution of material procurement, including inquiry, comparison, and negotiation, ensuring that purchased materials meet hotel standards in terms of quality, specifications, and pricing, with priority given to selecting cost-effective suppliers.Standardize the management of procurement documents, including requisition forms, purchase orders, acceptance receipts, invoices, etc., ensuring complete documentation and accurate data, and cooperate with the Finance Department to complete reconciliation and payment processes.Other duties and tasks as assigned according to business and hotel needs.Familiar with PICC purchasing system.
【任职要求】
1. 具备3年及以上酒店采购管理经验，其中1年以上主管岗位经验，熟悉酒店各品类物资（餐饮食材、客房用品、工程设备、行政物资等）的采购流程和市场行情；
2. 有高星级酒店同岗位工作经验者优先。
3. 熟悉酒店采购内控流程，能够制定和优化采购管理制度、合同模板、确保采购工作规范化。
4. 年龄28-45岁，身体健康。
【Job Requirements】
Possess 3 years or more of hotel purchasing management experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Be familiar with the procurement processes and market conditions of various hotel supplies (F&B ingredients, guest room amenities, engineering equipment, administrative materials, etc.).Candidates with experience in the same position at high-star hotels are preferred.Familiar with hotel procurement internal control procedures, capable of formulating and optimizing procurement management systems and contract templates to ensure standardized procurement operations.Age between 28-45 years old, in good health.
