行政酒廊经理 Executive Floor Manager

[岗位职责]
1.全面负责行政酒廊的日常运营管理工作，确保服务品质符合集团标准。
2.制定并执行酒廊服务流程与标准操作程序，持续优化客户体验。
3.督导员工服务表现，定期组织服务技能与产品知识培训。
4.管理酒廊资产及酒水库存，控制运营成本，完成月度经营指标。
5.处理行政楼层客人的特殊需求及投诉，建立完善的客户关系管理体系。
6.协调餐饮部、客房部等部门工作，确保跨部门协作顺畅。
7.完成月度报表，确保数据的准确。
8.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Take full charge of the daily operations and management of the Executive Lounge, ensuring service quality meets group standards.
2.Develop and implement lounge service procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and continuously optimize the guest experience.
3.Supervise staff service performance and organize regular training sessions on service skills and product knowledge.
4.Manage lounge assets and beverage inventory, control operational costs, and achieve monthly performance targets.
5.Handle special requests and complaints from Executive Floor guests, and establish a comprehensive guest relationship management system.
6.Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Department, Housekeeping Department, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
7.Complete monthly reports with accuracy and ensure data integrity.
8.Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required by the business and the hotel.
[岗位要求]
1.大专及以上学历，流利的英语沟通能力，具备国际联号酒店相关经验者优先。
2.能熟练使用Opera，了解葡萄酒、烈酒及鸡尾酒相关知识。
3.具备敏锐的市场洞察力与客户需求分析能力。
4.能适应弹性工作时间，包括周末及节假日值班。
5.注重细节，具备优秀的突发事件处理能力。
6.年龄40周岁及以下，条件优秀者可适当放宽。
[Job Requirements]
1.College degree or above, with fluent English communication skills. Experience with international hotel chains is preferred.
2.Proficient in Opera system operations, with knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
3.Possess sharp market insight and the ability to analyze customer needs.
4.Able to work flexible hours, including weekend and holiday shifts.
5.Detail-oriented, with excellent crisis management and emergency response skills.
6.Aged 40 or below; candidates with exceptional qualifications may be granted appropriate flexibility.
