[岗位职责]
1.全面负责酒店计算机管理系统，确保系统正常运行。
2.根据酒店整体战略，制定并执行年度IT工作计划和长期技术发展规划。
3.编制和管理IT部门年度预算，包括硬件采购、软件许可、维护合同及项目费用，并进行严格的成本控制。
4.评估、选择并管理外部技术供应商和服务商（如电信、系统集成商等），参与合同谈判，从专业角度确保服务质量与成本效益。
5.建立并维护酒店的全面网络安全体系，防范网络攻击、病毒和黑客入侵。
6.负责与其他电脑使用部门之间的协调工作，及时解决电脑系统中出现的故障和问题。
7.检查酒店电脑系统数据备份，确保数据的安全和有效保存；设立酒店电脑系统的档案，并负责档案的管理。
8.掌握电脑业的发展动态，为酒店电脑系统的管理提出有效建议。
9.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Take full responsibility for the hotel's computer management system to ensure its normal operation.
2. Formulate and execute the annual IT work plan and long-term technology development plan in accordance with the hotel's overall strategy.
3. Prepare and manage the IT department's annual budget, including hardware procurement, software licensing, maintenance contracts, and project expenses, and exercise strict cost control.
4. Evaluate, select, and manage external technology vendors and service providers (such as telecommunications companies, system integrators, etc.), participate in contract negotiations, and ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness from a professional perspective.
5. Establish and maintain a comprehensive network security system for the hotel to prevent network attacks, viruses, and hacker intrusions.
6. Responsible for coordination with other computer-using departments and promptly resolving faults and issues in the computer system.
7. Check the hotel's computer system data backups to ensure the safe and effective preservation of data; establish files for the hotel's computer system and be responsible for their management.
8. Keep abreast of developments in the computer industry and provide effective suggestions for the management of the hotel's computer system.
9. Other duties and tasks that may be added at any time according to business and hotel needs.
【岗位要求】
1.大专以上学历，有国际品牌酒店电脑房筹备及运行管理经验优先。
2.5-8年以上IT工作经验，其中至少3年以上在国际品牌五星级酒店或豪华酒店集团担任IT主管或经理的经验。
3.熟知酒店各项电脑管理系统的原理。
4.具有较强的分析和解决专业问题的能力、预警能力和语言文字表达能力。
5.秉公办事、坚持原则、不断创新。
6.工作细致、严谨，具有较强的工作热情和责任感。
7.年龄45周岁及以下，条件优秀者可适当放宽。
[Job Requirements]
1.College diploma or above; experience in the pre-opening and operation management of the computer room of an international brand hotel is preferred.
2.More than 5–8 years of IT work experience, including at least 3 years of experience as an IT supervisor or manager in an international brand five-star hotel or luxury hotel group.
3.Familiar with the principles of various hotel computer management systems.
4.Strong ability in analyzing and solving professional problems, early warning capability, and language expression ability.
5.Act impartially, adhere to principles, and keep innovating.
6.Meticulous and rigorous in work, with strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
7.Age 45 or below; this may be appropriately relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates.
