Job Qualifications
任职要求
1. A bachelor's degree or above is required; a master's degree is preferred. Majors in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or related fields are preferred.
2. Professional working proficiency in English (able to use English as the working language).
3. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required; candidates with a master's degree require a minimum of 3 years of relevant post-degree experience.
4. For domestic candidates, an intermediate-level or above professional title, or a Level II professional (occupational) qualification matching the position, is preferred.
5. Proficiency in the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system with strong on-site operational capabilities in this area.

Job Responsibilities
主要职责
Teaching and operations:
· Responsible for the preparation, delivery, and assessment of practical arts theory lectures, in collaboration with colleagues within the same teaching stream.
· Responsible for the preparation, delivery, and assessment of practical arts workshops within the HLTU business training hotel.
· Provide operational support to the HLTU business training hotel team to ensure high standards are maintained in the assigned workshop area.
· Regularly update subject-specific expertise and participate in faculty development programs to contribute to the collective academic capability.
· Remain current with educational research and pedagogical trends, and adapt teaching approaches as needed to reflect best practices.
Community Engagement and Professional Development:
· Actively support and collaborate with HLTU Program Department to ensure all academic related needs are fully fulfilled.
· Actively engage in community service activities that strengthen the internal community of Hainan Lausanne Tourism University and enhance the institution's external visibility.
Performance Assessment:
· Participate in periodic performance evaluations based on transparent criteria and defined performance areas.
· Prepare and submit comprehensive portfolios or annual reports that document achievements in teaching, community service, and professional development.
教学与运营工作
· 协同同教研室同事，负责实操艺术理论课程的备课、授课与考核工作。
· 负责海南洛桑旅游大学实训酒店内实操艺术实训课程的备课、授课与考核工作。
· 为海南洛桑旅游大学实训酒店团队提供运营支撑，保障分管实训区域维持高标准运营。
· 持续更新专业领域知识储备，参与教师发展培训项目，助力学校整体学术能力提升。
· 持续跟进教育研究成果与教学前沿趋势，按需优化教学方式，践行行业最优教学模式。
校园共建与职业发展
· 主动配合并协同海南洛桑旅游大学专业教学系部开展工作，全面落实各项教学相关工作需求。
· 积极参与校园服务相关工作，加强海南洛桑旅游大学内部社区建设，并提升学校的社会影响力
绩效考核
· 依据透明的评估标准和绩效领域，参与定期绩效考核。
